Lionel William COX. Cook’s Mate, M20988, HMS Manxman Died 3rd December 1918 aged 21 years from Paratyphoid B Fever in a Naval Hospital in Malta. Born 7th December 1897 at Beaconsfield Berkshire to Albert Charles and Louisa Jane Cox, of 5 Wendover Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. When his mother was informed of his death she was residing at the Eagle Hotel, Kingsbury Square Aylesbury Buckinghamshire.

At rest in Plot D Grave 421 Capuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta.
