- Rifleman (Pte) S/33926 Ernest DRAYCOTT 13th Rifle Brigade. Killed in action 9 October 1917. Son of John and Sarah, nee Tomkiss brother of Peter John who also fell. In 1901 he was living with his parents and siblings at 6 Gladstone Terrace Ditherington Shrewsbury. Commemorated on a family memorial in Shrewsbury Cemetery, Shropshire.
