Have you got the nato part number, and a chit signed in triplicate, by the major, for membership?

And you have to hand in your old worn out membership, to be issued with a shiny new membership….

I was in Nicosia back in November. A particularly crappy picture of a UN outpost I took near Paphos Gate.

Last time I crossed the border must have been about 2007-8 maybe and going into northern cyprus was like going back in time!

It's not changed - admittedly never strayed more than a mile or so from the border crossing in Nicosia but yeah, a distinct lack of money there.

We had a hire car and drove all they way to to the northern coast, much of which was actual gravel roads at that time!
