Even after 34 years I reckon I can still do headspacing and timing in my sleep! The best advancement for the M2 was the introduction of chromium lined barrels and deleting the need for headspacing and timing in the new guns

I've never done it myself, I was never qualified on the M2, I only was on the FAL, the UZI, the Energa grenade, The FN GP aka High Power and the LAW 72.

But a good friend was a gunner on a Ma-Deuce. So if there is a Zombie apocalypse he will have to jump in

A little common history with you there mate, I was a .50cal gunner (and 40/60mm Bofors) in most ships I was in. Being a Gunnery Branch rating I got to train and use the L1A1 FAL, L2A1 AR, F1 SMG, Browning Hi Power as a matter of course
