Admin Photo resizing

Due to excessive loading times for a lot of our members I have reduced the maximum image size to 1000x1000 pixels. This was set much higher and was causing many users issues when viewing a thread.

You can upload images of a larger size and they will be reduced automatically.

The knock on effect of this change will be reduced usage of our valuable server space too

Ok guys found a little issue with the above as it would only resize images that were uploaded to posts as an attached image.
I have now purchased a little bit of software that will resize all linked images to a max 1000x1000 px from this point on

The below image was linked from IMGUR and was a whopping

2736x3648px , it is now 750x999px

There is also an added benefit that the photo is converted into an attachment so will always be there even if the original link is broken.
If the hotlinked image contains a link back to the site it was linked from that link will remain

If a an image is linked from our media galleries, that will also be automatically resized however the resizing does not affect the image uploaded directly to the galley, so if you upload an image 3000x3000 it will remain that size within the media gallery.
