My name is Carmelo Galea, born in Malta but living in Victoria, Australia, since 1981. Like my father (Clarinet) and uncle (French Horn), I joined the same King's Own Malta Regiment Band, playing the Clarinet, from 1967 to 1970. My father and uncle done many more years of service than I did though - my father joined as a boy of 14 in 1932.
