Politics Climate Hysteria Debunked Yet Again ....

Aye, this article was completely off mark just like the movie « The Day after Tomorrow » although the movie while not awful had not scientific pretentiousness to it.
Obama had 8 years to save the Planet beginning 4 years after this dire warning. Two of those years he had supermajorities in the both Houses of Congress and could have done anything he wanted to do. And yet.....

Just another global swindler.... Hasn't reduced his footprint either, with multiple big houses, flying all over the world....

“Denying the science”. Love it. From the same people who deny the hard science that a human fetus is a human being. Separate genome, NOT the Mother’s body. The same people who deny the statistical reality that an armed civilian can stop a mass shooting in 6 seconds when the average police response time is 5 minutes minimum. That just happened in Texas. No. Barack Obama, who essentially did absolutely nothing about climate change harangues those of us who have witnessed flawed apocalyptic climate predictions fail for 50 years. From the same politicians who think economic socialism is brilliant, that we should have open borders for illegal immigrants. Ahh....no thanks.

Looks like a load of waste has been returned to sender . I think it's a fair call . Sending supposed recyclables half way round the world just so some nobody can make a bit of money does seem somewhat wrong . It's not really working out this globalism malarkey though a handful have made huge riches off the back of it but their in lies the problem .

I agree, bfc1001. As much as we don't want to deal with it in the average first world areas, I do think it is irresponsible to try "make the problem go away" for us to send our trash to other countries who (surprise, surprise) deal with it even worse than we do.

1. We need to deal with our trash/waste responsibly and locally so that we "own it" and we know where it really goes.
2. We clearly have a fair amount of supposedly recyclable stuff that really isn't recyclable. Don't foist it off on someone else.
3. We need to pre-cycle more. Use less non-recyclable containers, so that less of that stuff has to be dealt with. Pre-cycle can become "don't use it in the first place", and then you don't need to figure out where to get rid of it afterwards!

Lately foreign companies have been on a buying spree of NZ farmland to plant in trees.... Trees get turned into green packaging. There is likely some method to this madness. However there will be a shortage of food to fill them.

They are predicting an ice age for you. The slow Atlantic current triggers ice age so no need to worry.
