Question? Can I receive student loan forgiveness or repayment being an officer without have enlisted?

So currently I'm doing ROTC with the ARMY. Already contracted cadet in my last year. Heard about this benefit but someone told me I must be enlisted for at least 3 years. I didn't do that since I joined the ROTC as a college student so I just want to know If I can apply to any of these helps. Thanks!

Also, ROTC doesn't require ASVAB score to enter so I have not taken it either.
