thanks man , but you see that i do not believe in wiki cause it lies first of all only wha ti have counted we should have 200 t 72 , 120 t 55 which only 23 is in active service and 12 t 84 but my father was lientenant and he told me that we sg\hould have more then 300 tanks so do you know where can i check the number of equipments ?

You can't. You are asking for sensitive information that won't be disclosed to the public. The MOD has issued clear statements on that over the past few years and also stressed that the number of sensitive information that got leaked were bad enough as it is.

No. Wiki ain't "lying", it are ppl who edit without providing any valid or credible source, while others have to clean those messes up constantly ....

GAF doesn't operate T-84s. That was a hoax.
Most T-55 got decommissioned ages ago.... 120 was the number in 2001 if we go by that same source. Since then they've been salvaged or sold to other countries. There were less than 30 T-55 in service in 2008 ...
There should be no more than 120-140 T-72s in total. Of the 191 in 2008, 65 were lost. So as of 2009 it were 146 but a number got decommissioned since then. So the wiki figure of 120 is pretty accurate, or at least in all likelyhood the closest estimate.

i agree with you but after the 2008 war georgia started too buy and feeling the gaps that was lost in war and it did cause from 2010 to 2012 georgia bought a big number of tanks and armoured vehicules . that's why i have a big questions some say 220 some say 120 some say 200 that's why i am interested

The only believable claim is the purchase of ~20 T-72s ( thus why 146) and a number of BTRs in 2009, from Ukraine. Everything else is unconfirmed or hoax and every source claims completly different numbers.

On a note: this particular border police heli has to be the busiest, most employed and most decorated heli in all of Georgia by now. Has some crashes and recoveries on its record too ^^
