USN, USCG & Colombia:
US Navy, US Coast Guard and Armada Republica de Columbia (ARC) Navy ships underway sailing in formation in the Caribbean Sea, while participating in the multi-national exercise Unitas 44-03, on 22 February 2003. Unitas is the premier naval exercise conducted in the Americas designed to build lasting friendships while increasing the capability of US Naval forces to operate as a multinational coalition.
Pictured background-to-foreground are the Pijao (209 type 1200) class submarine, ARC Tayrona (SS-28), The Military Sealift Command (MSC) Victorious class Ocean Surveillance Ship, USNS Able (T-AGOS 20), The Los Angeles class attack submarine USS Springfield (SSN-761), and the Famous class cutter USCGC Spencer (WMEC-905).

South Korea and Colombia have signed a written agreement to mutually recognize military airworthiness certification, the South Korean Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA) reported this Wednesday.Airworthiness certification is a certificate, issued by the Government, to verify the suitability of an aircraft for safe flight.Under the signed agreement, Colombia will recognize South Korea's airworthiness certification for South Korean-made aircraft, and vice versa, according to the DAPA.

So all we know the real and actual political situation of Colombia right now. For sure by the end of the next year the Colombian Air Force will not have a real jet to defends its air space. so after that it will be a great deal. for sure the actual goverment will prepare to cover the elevated train tracks between Buenaventura and Barranquilla. the general opinion and the local press make a good deal after that.

It is the third of four missile frigates acquired within the framework of the Neptune plan, incorporated in April 1984 and since then it has plied the maritime territory, helping to preserve life at sea, control illicit traffic and contributing to the preservation of resources. natural for the benefit of the nation.
