Belt mounted ammo pouches with flaps, not molle mounted to the PC's. I wonder if if this is stemming from battlefield experiences with the flaps to protect from sand, mud, and battle debris from getting into the mags themselves and causing malfunctions, with the ammo on the PC's not great either because of how low they must go to the ground to do the low crawl

Left, esstac single kiwis. Middle, Magpul CTR, Geissele Mk14, BCM MCMR rail covers, Unity Fast riser, Eotech EXPS but unknown reticle meaning how many dots as they can be from single to four. Right, basic budget free float, Unity Fast micro mount, Aimpoint CompM5, Magpul MOE, and a Noveske linear comp either the KX3 or a KX5.

Upon further inspection since I cannot edit my comment anymore, that is the Mk16 and not the Mk14. That Mk16 is also not the URGI variant either as the color is is not DDC.
Ukrainian Defense Ministry shows first certified body armor for female military personnelIn the female version, an outwardly curved armor plate was added for convenience. It also has narrowed shoulders and widened the lower part.
