I usually do not respond anymore to such ignorant comments because this is just a place to share photos, not a politic thread. First of all it's not an ISIL symbol its common muslim expression 1.5 billion out of 7 billion people on earth pose each day like this. When you are wrapped up with a cross up to your underpants, there is no extremism, but when you lift a finger, you immediately got jidahist mark.. Likewise, pro-Russian Chechens fighting for donbass raise their finger like this also..
As a Turkish atheist, I can prove to you that muslim volunteers / mercenaries fighting on both sides pose this way.

I read one article it has said the acquisition being blocked by US and Ukraine.. US dont want China to acquire those engine technologies due to the reason china currently been in deadlock due to its latest stealth fighter engine development not making any progress, their missing the technological breakthrough. Acquiring Motor Sich is the only way for them to get the technology needed..
