James SAVAGE. Driver T/26056, Royal Army Service Corps attached to 2nd Field Survey Coy, Royal Engineers. Born 20 November 1888 at Holywood, County Down to William Thomas and Margaret Savage, nee Mc Dowell.
Husband of Lucy nee Maguire who he married 8 January 1913 at St Anne's Cathedral, Belfast, Ireland. Father to Sarah and Maud
Died at Herne Bay Military Hospital, Reculver Road, Kent 4 December 1918. His widow was granted a war gratuity 30 July 1919. His children were granted a war gratuity 13 September 1919.
