Close, it's a StuH III Ausf G mounting a 10.5cm Gun, a Sturmhaubitze 42 Ausf G - SdKfz 142/2

This vehicle belonged to Schwere Panzerjger Abteilung 653 (Heavy Tankhunter Battalion 653). Note the battle damage to the Jagdtigers gun mantlet. You can read about this vehicle here:
