RAYBROOK Ernest. Stoker 1st Class, 305485 Royal Navy on HMS Russell. Born 22 August 1884 at Dover Kent enlisted 2 November 1903 on HMS Northumberland, occupation prior to enlistment, labourer Died 28th April 1916 aged 31 in Royal Naval Hospita Bighi, Malta from burns sustained when HMS Russell was sunk by a mine. His wife Rebecca of 24 Caroline Place, Dover was informed of his death. At rest in Plot C Grave 316 Capuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta.
