Edgar Cubit BROWN. Captain, Royal Irish Fusiliers who died at Malta while on his passage home from India on 9th April 1883 aged 27. Second son of Frederick and Mary Anna Brown of Tower House, Bracondale, Norwich. He was born on the 28th February 1846, baptised on the 24th April 1846 at St Peter Church, Southgate, Norwich. At rest in Ta Braxia Cemetery, Malta. Wills and Admin, Ancestry. The Will of Edgar Cubitt Brown, late of Bracondale. Captain in Her Majesty's 89th Regiment who died in Malta was proved at the Principal Registry by Frederick Sayers Brown and Sydney Lodington Brown, Merchants, the brothers and Peter Edward Hansell, Gentleman.
