2nd Lieutenant Cecil Vincent Boyd. 8/9th Royal Irish Rifles.
Born 06 April 1897 at Clement House, Belfast. to Samuel William and Annie Boyd, nee McGowan of Fortwilliam Park, Belfast
Irish 1911 census. With his parents and siblings at 01 Ardenlee Avenue, Belfast, Ireland.
Killed in action near Cambria, France 23 November 1917 aged 20 years.
A war gratuity was granted to his father 10 April 1918 revised 22 May 1918 and 02 January 1920
Commemorated on a family memorial in Belfast City Cemetery, Northern Ireland.
Commemorated on the Cambrai Memorial, Louverval, France.
