The husband of Gladys Chaworth Webster, of 77 Henry Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham. She was granted a war gratuity on the 29th March 1916 revised on the 8th September 1919. (Wills and Admin, Ancestry) - He lived at 9 Beech Avenue, Nottingham, died at Malta. His effects went to his widow Gladys Chaworth Webster. A Certificate of Competency in name of Bertram Owen Webster as Second Mate of a foreign going ship, dated 7th July 1905. It appears to be one and the same person - This person was born about 1884 aged 21 and born at Carlton Nottingham. His parents were Alfred Grafham Webster and Mary Jane Coffin nee Kirkham. In 1888 when his father died they were living at Station Road, Carlton, Nottingham. In 1901 he was part of a crew, aged 17, on the Rock Ferry, St Peter, Mersey River, Liverpool.
KENNERSON Henry William John. Private, 12236, Royal Army Medical Corps, died 23rd November 1915. He was the son of Harriett who was granted a war gratuity 12th April 1916, revised on the 9th September 1919. In 1901 he was living with his parents Henry William and Harriet at Bedon Horse Stables, Brentford, Middlesex.. 1911 the family had moved to 328 Kew Road, Kew Gardens, Surrey. He was employed aged 14 as a house boy.
RICHARDSON Victor Francis. Private, 9970, 1st Border Regiment, died 23rd November 1915, aged 24 years. The son of Edmund and Jane Richardson, of 2 Howard Place, 1 Framfield Road, Uckfield, Sussex. He was born about 1892 at Uckfield, Sussex. In 1901 he was living with his parents and siblings at 1 Framfield Road, Uckfield, in 1911 he was in the army serving with the 2nd Border Regiment aged 18 at Martinique Barracks, Hampshire.
