Alexander Vogt McMULLAN

McMULLAN, Albert Vogt. Leading Seaman J/6196, H.M.S.Vivid died 12th May 1920 aged 27. He was born on the 1st September 1893 to Alexander and Margaret McMullan, of 59 Irish Street, Downpatrick and husband of the late Margaret McMullan, of Irish Street, Downpatrick. 1911 Census shows that he was serving on HMS Impregnable, at Devonport as Boy, 1st Class.
He was invalided of HMS Vivid on the 5th May 1920. suffering from Tuberculosis of lung. He is at rest in Down Cathedral New Cemetery, County Down, Northern Ireland.
