Cause of accident. Stalled and crashed Into Chesapeake Bay when taking off from HMS Ravager

Died 10th January 1944, Cause of the crashed in Clyde
Starboard Wing Broke Off in A Glide Bombing Exercise Astern of HMS Tracker, Possibly due to excessive dive speed.

Died at sea aged 22 years of multiple injuries as the result of a flying accident.
Laid to rest 17 January 1944 in Belfast City Cemetery, Northern Ireland. Glenalina Extn Sec. D. Grave 28.

Presumed killed at sea aged 21 years as the result of a flying accident.

Crashed when landing on board HMS Tracker when returning from an attack on a U-Boat off the Kola Peninsula Northwest Russia.

Born 1921 to Edward Albert and Hilda Lilian Ballentyne, of Barkingside, Essex
Died in the sick bay on Thacker aged 22 years of multiple burns and shock as the result of a flying accident. He was buried at sea. The remainder of the crew survived
