I didn't make up the term shown above - that's how it transliterated. Possibly it's a Soviet slang term for indigenous Afghans.

Actually the term is "dukh / дух" short for душман / mujahid in Russian. However, the shortened version dukh translated from Russian means spirit / ghost.
 
душман =Dușman = "enemy" in Romanian(the etymology is Turkish). So i would translate it as "friendly enemy".

Definitely not, no "friendly enemies" or "friendly ghosts" in that conflict. Combatants on both sides certainly didn't show any civility towards each other during that war.
 
su-25 destroy from?
It is not a Su-25, but a destroyed Su-7 "Fitter". Many details prove it. Moreover, it is probably an Afghan Air Force Su-7. I don't think the Soviets used them in Afghanistan.
