Albania received twelve J-7s from China in 1969, and used them until 2004. Only two were lost in accident. They were close copy of the MiG-21F-13, with the capacity to carry PL-2 (R-3S) IR missile.
They are often uncorrectly called F-7A, but F-7A was the designation of some for Egypt, with two cannons and a drag chute on the tailfin.

Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-21 'Fishbed' and Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-19 'Farmer' in South Korean markings (defection aircraft) with USAF F-4E Phantom II taking off in background.
Otherwise, they're a Chengdu J-7I, recognizable by its left cannon (which the MiG-21F-13 doesn't have) and a J-6C, with a braking parachute at the base of the tailfin. (which MiG-19 doesn't have)

A gorgeous photo of an Egyptian F-7IIC over the Red sea.
The F-7s (F-7A & F-7IIC) are retired from service in Egypt since the 2010s.

Some North Korean J-7Is.
Forty late production J-7Is have been provided to NK, they hve two cannons, (MiG-21F-13 only have one) but no drag-chute at the base of the tailfin. They were still in service in 2014.
