Interception of Russian Su-27 by RAF Typhoon FGR.4 from 3 Fighter Sqn on 17 June 2014.
The Typhoon pilots involved in the operation were Flt Lt Mark Long of 29 (Reserve) Sqn (the Typhoon OTU) and a French Air Force exchange pilot Commandant Marc-antoine Gerrard attached to 1 (Fighter) Sqn.
