We buy it at the service station, comes in 200g packs, frozen, in the bait freezer...
 
We eat the things that eat those things, that's fish, not Kiwi immigrants...

I am not a great offal fan and the thought of eating fish guts, even little ones, doesn't do it for me. And the last time I was fed a curried fish head in Borneo, I went to bed hungry...

In southern Germany we call them Fleischpflanzerl (meatplants - the botanical ones not a factory) and we serve potatoe salad as a side but also with gravy or medium hot Senf. I think I´ll make some the next days.

I will also try to post a recipe for obatzda (bavarian beer garden cheese - contains beer haha) perfect for pretzels. I just have to measure the ingredients to post the amounts.

Yo Jake, you magnificent basterd...This kind of "brasserie food" is what makes me homesick sometimes. I would have had wine instead of a beer. I don´t like eating on beer.
