Lentil n Bacon Soup

Already had some bacon in it when making it .. After blitzing it .. Added more let it cook out then blitzed it again ..

Get a big stick blender .blitz the F*** out of it . then pass it through a Concical strainer whilst using a smaller sticker blender .. to blitz it again whilst you use a jug to empty the pot .. pouring it into the strainer

4/5 Bulbs of Garlic . We buy it in vacpacked bags already peeled A 4 size bag .. i used a good amount
 
I used this amount of Shrooms you see them in local fruit n veg shops ... Put into a plastic tub fill with water give a mix to remove excess dirt then remove from the water ..

I’m a bit on a voluntary dry spell of that... but later this summer for sure.
 
in post #22, focusing on the mushrooms, celery and used as filling for pizza (or empanada/crepe like) (post # 23 & 24) . Did you place any bullion or stock to taste, or as is.? want to try it at home

Fresh corriander , Spring onions mushrooms sliced peppers and croxton manor cheddar salt pepper
