Hello everyone,
I'm an artist known as Army Warhog, and I specialize in custom military-themed illustrations and artworks, including personalised creations from photo references. My work showcases units and operations around the world, historical military art, and law enforcement, catering to current operators, veterans, and militaria collectors. I’ve had the honor of creating pieces for notable units like GSG9, EKO Cobra, the Australian SASR, 2 Commando Regiment, and even Brad Halling, a former Delta operator from Operation Gothic Serpent.
Recently, the past few months have been challenging, as my main platform, Instagram, has been flagging many of my posts, including a tribute to the late Medal of Honor recipient Navy SEAL Michael Murphy. I can't figure out why, but this has made it difficult to grow my audience there and showcase my art. Despite trying to resolve this with support, I haven't had much luck.
I'm excited to join this group and share my work with you all. I have attached some examples of my work. I sketch all these by hand on my iPad Pro using my Apple Pencil and Procreate. I often hold live sketch sessions on Instagram. (@armywarhog)
