I lifted the pic from a Russian site, and their credibility is questionable at best. That and my knowledge of aircraft roundels is quite limited.

They have enough material to fill squares, parks and museums with these beautiful machines, in addition to donating them throughout the world for museums, many would like to have a beauty like the MiG-21 on display
 
A Cuban MiG-21PFMA, over Havana, in the 70s. "PFMA" was a special designation for Cuban MiG-21PFM "Fishbed-F".
