My first real post here. I’ve been researching the Portuguese Armed Forces for several months now and I have accumulated quite a few photos and learned a lot. There have been a few instances where I’ve been confused by the use of weapons and equipment, I usually figure things out by digging a little deeper but I’m still very confused by these photos:
Is use of the Mini Uzi a common occurrence, or are these very rare examples? Any help is greatly appreciated!

its used by paratroopers mostly, and i think, with the K9 unit
Some units have the standart uzi but just for parade
