Medal for bravery in the Field to the undermentioned Non-commissioned" Officers and
Men. 28125 .Cpl. T. Allen, L'pool R. (Radcliffe)
Killed in action 8 May 1918. His widow was granted a war gratuity 12 October 1918, revised 9 January 1920.
Commemorated on the Tyne Cot Memorial, Belgium.
