Thomas CLOSE.

Extended Description
Thomas CLOSE Esquire. Late Adjutant of the Corps of Leeds Gentleman Volunteer Infantry commanded by Lieutenant Colonel (Thomas) Lloyd. Was erected by the Non-Commissioned Officers of that Corps who regretting the occasion are yet anxious to pay this last tribute of respect and gratitude and esteem to their much lamented friend and brother soldier. He died 10th January 1796 aged 34.
