Thomas Charles EVANS, Corporal 10258, 1st King's Shropshire Light Infantry, killed in action at Armentieres on the 1st November 1914 aged 20. Son of John and Elizabeth Ann of 55, Hotspur Street, Greenfields, Shrewsbury.
Commemorated on a family memorial at Shrewsbury Cemetery, Shropshire, and is also commemorated on the Ploegsteert Memorial, Belgium
