why didn't other zone or in Korean war era?use again in early Vietnam war era!

Because only limited stocks of it were created. By Korea/ Vietnam they were long gone.

And the use was discontinued because to American soldiers anyone wearing camouflage was a German = friendly fire.

The soldiers who used it quite liked it though. You could still see examples of it being worn as late as August 1944.
