Born 3 April 1903 to John and Annie Margaret Waugh, nee Dermott of Devonshire Road, Holywood, County Down. Irish 1911 census. With his parents and siblings at 15 Bruckless, Dunkineely, County Donegal Ireland.
Died 6 July 1923 aged 20 years. His father was granted a gratuity 6 September 1923.
Commemorated on his parents’ memorial at Movilla Cemetery Newtownards County Down, Northern Ireland. At rest in Chatby Military and War Memorial Cemetery, Sidia Bishr Alexandria, Egypt.
