Robert Alan BLAIR. Seaman Class 1 (SEA1) 3215850 USN. Born 1924 at Morning Sun Louisa, Iowa USA Merle Otto and Eve Laurene Blair. nee McDaniel. 1930 -1940 residing with his parents and siblings at 2nd Street, Columbus Junction, Louisa, Iowa. Enlisted into the U.S. Navy 1941 in Burlington, Vermont, USA. Killed by a guided bomb explosion on USS SAVANNAH and was flown to Malta along with 25 other men for burial.

Laid to rest in Plot P. Grave 17 Capuccini Military Cemetery, Malta.
