Private 30144038, Matthew James Sean HESELDIN, 2nd Mercian Regiment. Killed in action in Nahr-e Saraj district, Helmand province, Afghanistan, 3rd November 2011 aged 21. At rest in St Alkeda's Churchyard, Church Street, Giggleswick, North Yorkshire. BD24 0BE. Commemorated on a Poppy Cross at Blythe Bridge War Memorial, 8th November 2015.
