An infantry regiment during the Zulu wars would have had standard issue Martini Henry (Mk1) rifles, not the carbines. The 1964 version of Zulu shows the soldiers with the correct Rifle however the 1979 film Zulu Dawn showed the soldiers with the Carbine. Just a little useless info LOL
during a search of some derelict land in north belfast northern ireland i found one of these along with some two way radios, lots of ammo and other paraphernalia
