Extended Description: Uttoxeter postman Eddie Whitaker enjoyed a reunion with the man (John Marshall ex Royal Marine) who signed him up to the Royal Navy in 1975. They were at the dedication ceremony for plaques with 45 new names on the Uttoxeter War Memorial, Staffordshire
