South Irish Division, Royal Artillery.
To the memory of Non Commissioned Officer and Men of No7 Battery, 1st Brigade, South Irish Division, Royal Artillery who died at Malta. A.D. 1882.
This stone is erected by the Officers, Non Commissioned Officers and Men of the Battery as a token of their respect.
Trumpter, Jeptha BRAZIER, 18th June aged 21 years.
Gunner, John LECKEY, 17th August aged 30 years.
Gunner, William WELCH, 19th October aged 27 years.
Gunner, George HOPPER, 2nd November aged 34.

All at rest in Pieta Military Cemetery, Malta. Plot 02. Row 13. Grave 09.
