Driver 687074 Jack TYLER. D Battery, 286 Brigade, Royal Field Artillery who died at Passchendaele on the 15th October 1917 aged 19. Native of Wolverhampton. His mother, Mary was granted a war gratuity on the 6th March 1918, revised 14th December 1919. At rest in Cement House Cemetery, Belgium. This memorial plaque is at the National Memorial Arboretum, Alrewas, Staffordshire.
