- 3.3.14 Hugh Alexander POLLOCK DSO. Lieutenant Colonel, Royal Scots Fusiliers. Born 29th July 1888 in Ayre Scotland to William Smillie and Jessie Smith Pollock, nee McBride. In 1891 he was residing with his parents and siblings at 3 William Street, Glasgow. Died in Royal Naval Hospital, Bighi, Malta 6th November 1971. He was married to the following, Marion Atkinson, married 1913 divorced 1924. Enid Mary Blyton married 1924 divorced 1943 and Ida Julia Crowe married 26 October 1943 in London and she passed away 3 December 2013 aged 105 years.
