This may be the same person. Herbert Mills Butler of 28 Mill Street, Leeds died 16th September 1932 aged 42 at Killingbeck Sanatorium, York Road, Leeds. His effects went Emily Louisa Butler, widow. Occupation was a decorator
This memorial is attached to a chair which is in Lady Chapel, in St Peter's, Leeds
