- Harold PARKIN. Stoker 2nd Class P/KX601646 Royal Navy on HMS Victory. Born 27 July 1923 at Kimberley to John and Sabina Hilda Parkin, of Swingate. Kimberley, Nottinghamshire. Died at Winchester Isolation Hospital 6 January 1944 aged 20 years. from broncho pneumonia, nasopharyngeal diphtheria and palate pharyngeal paresis.
