G121 THOMAS HENRY PERRY-KEENE. Flight Lieutenant, Pilot, Royal Air Force, stationed at RAF Hal Far, Malta. Born 12 December 1902 to Lancelot Henry Addison and Joanna Mabel Perry-Keene, nee Gray of (1903) at 13 Deuinah Avenue, Wimbledon. 21 April 1928 he married Muriel Foster White at St Leonard’s Church, Streatham, London, occupation aged 25, Flying Officer. Died in Royal Naval Hospital, Malta 21 July 1934 aged 32 years. from multiple burns and ischaemia. 19 July 1934 he was flying a Fairey IIIF S 1860. He was approaching Hal Far for a landing when hit a flare. The plane burst into flames after heavy landing. The other crew member, LAC Leslie Charles Tite was uninjured. Wills and Admin, Ancestry - He was residing with his wife in Officers Married Quarters at RAF Hal Far, Malta. Died on dated and place stated. His effects went to his widow.
