Combat Vehicle Reconnaissance on Tracks CVR(T)

The Light Dragoons armoured vehicles better known as CVR(T), (Combat Vehicle Reconnaissance on Tracks) have tracked a combined total of over 40,000 miles in southern Afghanistan. They are the only sub-unit to have operated to the north of Musa-qaleh, in support of operations around Gareshk and the Lower Sangin Valley and on the banks of the fish hook of the River Helmand in the far south of the Province.
