Robert Coles. [late of the King's Own Hussars]
Born 9th January 1823 and died 28th January 1895. He was present at the battle of Punniar 1843. The battles of Moodkee and Feroshah 1845. At Sabraow 1846, with the army of the Sutledge. At Ramnugger, the passage of the Chenab, the actions of Sadolapore, Chillian Walla and Goojerat 1849 with the army of the Punjab.
