Che Guevara and Fidel Castro
Perhaps it's this kind of "cult" built around Che Guevara (he's almost like commercial product) and ofcourse Fidel Castro too, communist leaders are rare item these days.

Despite their methods, I think it stems from what they were trying achieve for the lower classes who were being ground under heel in those days. While I don't agreed with Communism, you have to admire what they did, against the odds against them. One thing for sure, if Cuba had not changed, the general population there, would be still uneducated and have no health care. Some Cubans, I know for a fact, actually do hold these guys in high regard! Lots don't as well!!.........Body count wise, these two killed and imprisoned much, much, less people than any other of the big Communist Leaders like Stalin or Mao. IMHO

Outside Cuba everybody are cubans experts, che guevara experts, cuban economy and education experts.

The people who visited Cuba only go to fancy hotels.

Do you know how many cubans, the argentinian guevara sent to the fiing squad.

More than 150.

How may I clasified this person:

A mass murder, a serial killer or a psicopath.
You tell me.
Later I am going to show the guevara victims.

By the way, he never bath and use to smoke pot.

Good day, Martin.

Nobody here was trying to make him out the hero, the question arose as to why he is a popular image. As for numbers and blood on hands, compared to other mass murders like the Interhamwe,Hilter's or Stalin's boys he was nothing. As for crimes against the Cuban people, The American Mafia and the American Puppet Government were doing their fair share of murdering for profit. Castro's Crew screwed their good intentions up with more of the same, just committed on different people. Two wrongs never make a right, just ask any solider here.

While I know the Cuban People are still poor and oppressed, I still summit that they are better off generally, than if the Mob and American Big Sugar etc still ran things. I'm certainly no expert, but like I mentioned before, Cuban's seem to either love or hate Castro, no in between. And this is from talking with locals not at big Hotels......

BTW--no matter the politics,,,,Cuban Beaches are #1.

Cheers, Bob

The exact number of Ches victims in Cuba is unknown. Guevara is said to have acknowledged ordering many executions -all carried out without affording the victims due process of law. Combat deaths caused by Che in Cuba or other countries where he led guerrilla operations have yet to be tallied.
