Son of Thomas and Maria Wiggall. Brother of Corporal Joseph Holliday (Hollie) WIGGALL, Gloucestershire Regiment, killed in action 25 February 1915 aged 23 and commemorated at Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial Belgium.
Commemorated at Loos Memorial, France.
