Basil Winson Ramsay RIVERS. Mentioned in Despatches,(Posthumous). Sub-Lieutenant, 828 Squadron, Royal Navy (VR), Fleet Air Arm of HMS St.Angelo. Born 1921 at Singapor to Basil John and Rowena Ydis Rivers, of Boscombe, Bournemouth, Hampshire. M.I.E.E. Doploma, Faraday House. Died in a plane crash 23rd March 1942 aged 21. At rest in grave 12 plot, P, Capuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta.
