It will likely have more inside mate but I would not think many given its enormous size.
If it is the Cobra or Mamba it doesn't even need a rail to launch you can just plug the wire in and launch it (as far as I am aware)

so fins are already attached just pop the launcher down plug another one on pop it back up and finish the job!

From what I have read and seen yes, that is the way they are set up however I am no expert on this bit of kit. Hopefully somebody who is will appraise more.

I have discovered that the photo depicts an SS-11 missile being installed on German army Jagdpanzer Rakete tank destroyer.

...so is a bit complicated procedure but they wouldn`t be too close to the front lines,there is of course radar lock on from other sources!!
