HANSON Abram. Private, 3/2622, 1st Battalion, Kings Own Yorkshire Light Infantry, died 7th October 1918. Born at Newton-le-Willows, Castleford. West Yorkshire in 1875. He was the son of Joseph and Mary Jane nee Anderton, who in 1881 were living at Upper Street, West Ardsley . In 1911 he was living with his wife Francis M and his children at 9, Cobwig Street, Tanshelf, Pontefract, Yorkshire. He was working as a coal miner hewer.
MORGAN John William Hood. Private, 23104, 2nd Battalion, East Surrey Regiment attd. 273rd Railway Coy., Royal Engineers, died 13th October 1918, aged 36 years. The son of Thomas and Catherine Morgan, of St. Leonards on Sea. The husband of Edith May Morgan, of 6 Newgate Road, Bohemia, St. Leonards on Sea.
WALKER William Beresford. Private, S/3102, 1st Battalion, Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders. Died of pneumonia, 8th October 1918, aged 23 years. The son of Duncan and Marion Walker, of 32 Commonside Street, Aidrie, Lanarkshire.
